The Kennedy Center Honors 2017

The show honored dancer Carmen de Lavallade, singers Gloria Estefan and Lionel Richie, rapper LL Cool J and TV writer/producer Norman Lear.

One of our favorite highlights included Gloria Estefan’s honor which started with a short presentation by Eva Longoria, who said, “No one ever gave a song more emotional honesty than my friend Gloria Estefan.” Longoria's speech gave way to a video that showed all of Estefan's achievements. Becky G then perform one of Estefan's greatest hits, "Mi Tierra." What a great tribute to one of America’s music legends. Read more at: www.billboard.com
